Cass of Petersburg, Illinois, born in Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on February 26, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Cass and Wilma Cass. He is survived by: his wife Aimee; his children, Calob Cass, Maeleigh-Caye Cass, Heather Anders (Jamie), Curtis Cass (Christine), Lynsie Benning, Jakob Benning and Rylee Zike; his grandchildren, Braydon, Lakyn, Zayne, Oliver, Carson and Hartlan; and his siblings, Paul Cass (Mary), James Cass (Rhondalea), Barbara Rogers (Charlie) and Lee Cass. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home (437 S Grand Ave W, Springfield, IL 62704).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to an education fund for his children care of Aimee Cass.
