She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Thomson and Hermine Janssen Thomson; and her husband Joseph S. Spivey. She is survived by: her children, Rachel Lombardo (Michael) of Wildwood, MO and Joseph G. Spivey (Dana) of Greenview, IL; and her grandchildren, Joseph K. Spivey and Samantha Lombardo.
