She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorwin Charles "Mike" and Joanna Morin (Stratton); and her brothers, John and William "Bill" Morin. She is survived by: her husband William J. "Bill" Ratliff of Petersburg; her daughters, Alicia R. Arthalony (Colin) of Ashland and Kristen L. Arthalony (Chris) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Skylar of Ashland, Gavin of Ashland and Carson Arthalony of Ashland; and also Michael Morin (Barbara) of Washington, D. C.
