He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph "Joe" Gronewold and Mary Gronewold (Jordan). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Sullivan; his children, Josh Gronewold (Brooke), Danielle Honn (Ryan), Jake Gronewold (Tiffany), Tessa Croxton (Jeff), Cassie Bennett (Tom) and Elle Gronewold; his grandchildren, Haven, Nyah, Alayna, Justin, Gage, Gavin, Owen, Lia, Nora, Bailey, Addy, Hailey, Hannah, Kylee, Karlee and Emily; and his sister Judy Brown (Richard).

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter's Catholic Church or to the American Cancer Society.
