He was predeceased by: his father Steven Dean Kisner; his sister Deana Marie Kisner; his grandparents, Marian, William McDougall, Howard and Earlene Kisner; and his uncles, Jeff McDougall, Stanley Kisner and Dan Kisner.
He is survived by: his mother Lisa McDougall Bristow of Petersburg; the mothers of child, Avery and Samantha Green of Petersburg; his daughter Avery AnnMarie Kisner; his brothers, Jason Dale Yager (Melissa) of Petersburg and Scott Harmening of Athens, Illinois; his niece Gracie Harmening; and his aunts, Diane Kisner-Genzel, Tammy Kisner-Moulton and Sandy Kisner-Kellington.
