She is survived by: her children, Stacy Fuoss of Springfield, IL and Erik Siwak of Springfield, IL; her grandchildren, Kelsey and Lily Siwak of Springfield; her brother Michael Boucher of Mackinaw, IL; and her sister-in-law Sharon Feyereisen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
