He is survived by: his parents, Chester "Chet" Gilbert and Sharon Gilbert (Hunt); his spouse Dara McGee; his children, Jennifer Vyas (Bimal), Kristen Wilson (Gerald) and Daniel Gilbert; his grandchildren, Akhil, Charlotte, Raina, Enzi and Hollis; and his sister Pam Fisher (Mark).
