She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kulavic and Rose Kulavic (Zupanzic); her husband Timothy J. Cottingham; her son Anton Cottingham; and her siblings, Rose Hagelmeier, Mary Stork, Loretta Walters, John, Louis, Joseph, Francis, Benjamin, Charles and James Kulavic.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Devine (Dave) of Petersburg, Anne Fox of Springfield, Illinois, Timothy Cottingham (Tina) of Wisconsin, Paul Cottingham (Maureen) of Springfield, Phil Cottingham of Springfield, John Cottingham of Chatham and Peter Cottingham of Petersburg. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren; a sister in law and many nieces and nephews.
