He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank C. Vlastnik and Emily Vlastnik (Truhlar); his spouse Billie Ann Poor; and his brother Frank J. Vlastnik. He is survived by: his sons, Richard Vlastnik (Beth) of Peru and Dale Vlastnik (Kelly) of Johnson Creek, WI; and his grandsons, Alexander (Aubrey), Kurtis (Becky) and Joseph.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mueller Funeral Home - Peru (909 Pike St, Peru, IL 61354). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
