It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William C. Guenther of Peru, Illinois, who passed away on January 16, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Guenther and Blanche Guenther (Cleer); his wife Irene Sale of Benedict's Catholic Church; and his sisters, Fay Feeney and Dorothy Fusinetti.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. William Guenther (Jane Marie) of Estero, Florida, Jane Heun (Tom) of Jefferson, Iowa and Julie Guenther (Mitch Lieber) of Chicago. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
