He was predeceased by: his father Frank Powell. He is survived by: his mother Sandra "Sandie" Powell of Lostant; and his siblings, Sherry Allison (Anthony) of Lostant, Frank Powell Jr. (Mary) of Atlanta, IL, William Powell of Pasadena, CA, Timothy Powell (Jean) of Seminole, OK and Ty Powell of Lostant. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
