She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis T. Hash and Cora Hash (Barnett); her husband Ronald Paul Kalnas; and her siblings, Shirley Brittingham, Grace Moeller, Lewis, William and John Hash.

She is survived by: her children, Ronald Kalnas (Christine), Edward Kalnas, Robert Kalnas (Lisa), Debbie Haszler (Al) and Jan Johnson (Mark Meyer); her grandchildren, Ashley Dinges (Terry), Aaron Bennett, Sheena Ebner (Chris), Patrick Johnson (Mary), Steve Johnson, Frank Bennett, Kaliana Kalnas and Karissa Kalnas; and her brother Ray Hash. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
