He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Lawrence and Helen C. Boksa (Harasim); his significant other Lisa A. Boksa; and his brothers, Gregory and Lawrence Boksa.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Boksa Buck (Jordan) of Bloomington, MI, Jessica Boksa (John Quick) of DeKalb, Jonathon Juergensen of Peru, Heather Brown (Adrian) of Oglesby and Lacey Martin (Dee) of Peru; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Annabelle Buck, Lola Boksa, Fiona Quick, Alex, Oliver Juergensen, Ian Martinez, Giovanni, Aleah Brown and Laithan Juergensen.
