He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Foster and Lila Foster (Engel); his son Chuck Foster (Kate) of La Salle; his grandchildren, Ryan Foster of Ottawa and Morgan Foster (Mike Cuchiarria) of Ottawa; his great grandchild Krue Cuchiarria; his sister Rita Lukach (Don) of Streator; and his wife Christine Jaskolski.
