He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Latty and Loretta Faye Latty (Buckley); his parents-in-law, Norbert and Betty Burkart; his brothers-in-law, Jerry Rabenberg and Dr. David Burkart; and his nephews, Clinton Lampe and Jason Boldt.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Nadine Burkart; his children, Heather Lemrise (Jake) of Oglesby, Amy Latty of LaSalle, Jeffrey Latty of Peoria, AZ and Stephanie Latty (Bonnie) of Granville; his grandchildren, Ethan, Michael, Gabriel, Liam, Avery and Adelaide; his sisters, Cheri Boldt (Jim) of Marseilles and Sue Rabenberg of Marseilles; and his sisters-in-law, Sheryl Christenson of Las Cruces, NM, Jeanette Burkart of Decatur, Laura Burkart of Shreveport, LA, Diane Lampe (David) of LaSalle and Katherine Hoelter (Jim) of Baraboo, WI. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
