He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kotowski and Madeline Kotowski (Bornac); his brother Michael Kotowski; his sister-in-law Barbara Kotowski; and his father-in-law Allan Pinn.
He is survived by: his wife Jill Pinn of Peru; his children, Cory Kotowski of St. Charles, MO and Christa Urbanski (Jason) of LaSalle; his grandchildren, Emma, Sophia Kotowski, Colby, Cooper, Ceyton and Christian Urbanski; his brother Daniel Kotowski (Pat) of Ottawa; and his mother-in-law Mary Lou Pinn of Peru.
