He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Piotrowski and Mary Piotrowski; his wife Shirley Kowalski; and his siblings, Stanley "Bud" Piotrowski, Esther, Irene, Bernice and Virginia.
He is survived by: his son Gary Piotrowski of Spring Valley; and his grandchildren, Xuxa Piotrowski of Chicago, Shana Piotrowski of Santa Clara and Sasha Piotrowski of Spring Valley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
