He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Newman and Ruth Newman (Witzeman); and his sisters, Mary Lou Newman and Ruth Elter. He is survived by: his wife Carole Gostomski of Peru; his children, Tim Newman of Island Lake, Michael Newman (Pam) of Victoria, MN and Tricia Newman of Chicago; his grandchildren, Abigail, Hannah and Griffin; and his sisters, Karen Morrow (Dennis) of Fort Worth, TX and Nancy Gibson of Victoria, MN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
