It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Everett Powell of Peru, Illinois, born in Canton, Illinois, who passed away on July 10, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Powell and Rose Powell (Farina); his wife Evelyn White; his sons, Carl and Thomas Powell; and his brothers, Thomas, Floyd and William Powell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Powell of LaSalle and Barbara Kerlin of Peru; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Wilson, Bryan Wilson, Christopher Alexander, David Kerlin, Taylor Kerlin, Rose Nave (Kerlin) and Elizabeth Kerlin. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
