It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Guajardo of Peru, Illinois, who passed away on January 9, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Odessa Mize; her grandson Julian Molina; her siblings, Michael Mize, Kenneth Mize, Donna Jean Elliott, Beletia Mize and Sandra Garza; and her nephew Jesse Mize.
She is survived by: her children, Gina Mize of LaSalle, Kenray Guajardo (Rikki) of Spring Valley and Mateo Guajardo of LaSalle; her grandchildren, Lorenzo Guajardo, Joel Molina, Viviana Escatel, Jared and Jenevieve Gibbs; and her siblings, Richie Mize of Munster, IN and Revenna Flores (Fernando) of Mendota.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mueller Funeral Home - Peru (909 Pike St, Peru, IL 61354). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
