She is survived by: her husband James Hack; her children, Robin James Hack of LaSalle, Jamie Lynn Schmitz (Mike) of Oro Valley, AZ and Brandon Taylor Hack of LaSalle; and her grandsons, Austin Hack and Jayden Schmitz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
