He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Grudis Clark and Darwin Clark. He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Lynch; his sons, Bradley Scott Clark (Michaela) of Atlanta, Georgia and Scott Michael Clark of Peru; his grandchildren, Jacob Clark (Emily) of Ladd, NicholetteTrojanowski and Lexi Trojanowski of Atlanta; and his great grandchild Brady Clark of Ladd.

Memorials may be directed to Illinois Valley Animal Rescue, Horizon House or the Illinois Valley Food Pantry.
