She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Orsinger and Alberta Orsinger; her son John Vitale; her grandson Johnny Vitale; her great grandchildren, Katelyn and Ruby; and her brother Louis Orsinger.
She is survived by: her husband John D. Vitale; her sons, Mark Vitale (Debbie) of Dalzell and Leonard Vitale of Peru; her daughter-in-law Judy Vitale of Dana; her grandchildren, Michelle, Michael, Robin, Renee, Misty, Jack and Jenna; and her brother George Orsinger (Dorothy) of Ames, IA. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.
