Michael Henry Decker Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2018, at the age of 60, Michael Henry Decker (Peru, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin "Pete" Decker and Barbara Bansberg Decker; his siblings, Andrew Decker and Diane Pelsynski; and his nephew Kyle Waldschmidt.
He is survived by: his spouse Penny Sue Holdcraft; his children, Joshua Decker (Kristin) of LaSalle and Jennifer Decker of Naperville; his brothers, Charles Decker (Lisa) and Richard Decker (Chris) of Peru; his grandson Archer Decker; and his pets, Chloe and Lola. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
He had a strong sense of community and never turned down a request for a donation for any fundraiser or from any organization, whether the times be good or bad.
