He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edward and Anna Margaret Debo (Terando); his wife Janice Lynn Franken; his brother Harry Debo; and his siblings-in-law, Edward and Thelma Franken.
He is survived by: his significant other Kay Brannon; his children, Gena Debo of Peru, Dana Debo-Kuhne (Brian) of Peru and Matthew Debo of Bozeman, MT; his grandson Hudson Michael Kuhne; his sister Lee Ann Hannigan of Peru; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Debo of Peru, Judith Raccuglia of Peru and Linda Puchalski (Mike) of La Salle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
