Matt Boehm Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matt Boehm (Peru, Illinois), who passed away on December 12, 2019 at the age of 34. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Boehm; his grandfather Dennis "Buck" Bradley; and his great-grandparents, Albert and Beryl Pyszka. He is survived by: his mother Sherri Boehm (Bradley); his grandmother Marjorie Bradley of Peru; and his uncle David Bradley of Elmhurst.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the IVCC Matt Boehm Memorial Scholarship fund or Cops for Cancer.
