She is survived by: her husband Mike of Peru; her sons, Dr. Doug Leone (Adrienne Schupbach) of Nixa, MO and Jason Leone (Molly) of Peru; her grandchildren, Elena, Adelyn, Zach, Arianna, Alessia, Christian and Aliyah; her niece Kristi Pabian (Jeremy); her brother-in-law Jim Leone (Linda); her nephew Brian; and also Conner.
