He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Mills and Marcy Mills (Lobbins); and his brother Greg. He is survived by: his siblings, Peggy (Shane Bice) of Ottawa and Brad Mills of Arlington. He is also survived by six nieces and two nephews.
