It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Isabel Baker of Peru, Illinois, who passed away on September 22, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Edgcomb and Elizabeth Edgcomb (Supan); her husband George W. Baker; her sons, John Baker and Delbert Baker; and her brothers, Glen and Del Edgcomb.
She is survived by: her children, George Jr. (Debra) of Peru, Dennis (Beverly) of Ponchatoula, LA, Gary (Janie) of Peru, Linda Carr (Duane) of McNabb, Joe (Marcia) of Mendota and Pat Duffield (Mike) of Ladd; and her brothers, Richard Edgcomb (Janice) of Peoria, Leonard Edgcomb (Lois) of Utica and Roger Edgcomb (Virg) of Florida. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren.
According to the State of Illinois guidelines, face coverings and social distancing will be required.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
