He is survived by: his wife Colleen Wenzel of Peru; his sons, Jason Karun (Emilie) of Bloomington and Joel Karun (Jenna) of Oglesby; his grandchildren, Charlie, Sam, Henry, Vivienne and Jack; and his brother Richard Karun (Olivia).
