She is survived by: her parents, Frank Monterastelli and Pauline "Nellie" Monterastelli (Torri); her husband Donald "Dima" Kowalczyk of Peru; her children, Steve Kowalczyk (Meg), Scott Kowalczyk (Michael Stalker), Ritchie Kowalczyk (Janeen), Karen Mudge (Glen), Kim Ceresa (Lee) and Nancy Carter (Mike); her grandchildren, Jenna, David, Justeen, Jake, Kylee, Karch, Luke, Ronnie and Brett; and her great grandchildren, Ella, Emmy, Jameson and Jordy.
