He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Schoeb and Ernestine Schoeb (Altesleben); his wife Virginia Mary Rowland; and his siblings, Earnest Schoeb and Madeleine Schoeb.
He is survived by: his children, Eileen Schoeb (Mark R. Jones) of Chicago, Patrick Schoeb (Jonathan Norton) of Chicago and Joanne Taplin of Ridgway, CO; and his grandchildren, Madeleine, Genevieve Jones, Colby, Sean and Gregory Taplin.
