He was predeceased by: his parents, L. M. "Mike" Donahue and Alice Donahue (Guilfoyle); and his brothers, Michael "Mick" Donahue and Jerry Donahue. He is survived by: his wife Jan Warcken of Peru; his daughter Meridith Donahue of Peru; his sisters, Pat Donahue of Rockford and Cathy Donahue of Mendota; and his sisters-in-law, Sandee Donahue and Ellen Donahue. He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
