He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Fox and Rose Fox (Meyers); his children, John Fox Jr., Susan Fox and Deanna Wenzel; and his brothers, Emmett, Donald and Patrick.
He is survived by: his wife Annette DeFoer Ferrari of Peru; his children, Colleen Fox Sankovich of Largo, Florida, Megan Fox Stevenson of Clearwater, Florida, Ray Ferrari (Raylene) of Spring Valley and David Ferrari (Diana) of Spring Valley; and his brother James Fox of Palos Park. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
