He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter G. Spayer and Mary Fischer. He is survived by: his sons, Jonathan Spayer, Jack Spayer and Bradley Spayer; his father Bradley John Spayer of Peru; his brothers, Cory Spayer, Nathan Spayer and Clayton Spayer; and his grandparents, Mary Katherine Spayer of Peru and William Fischer of Florida.
