She is survived by: her children, David Lierly and Sherry Mayszak (Michael) of Peru; her grandchildren, Joseph Mayszak (Kayla) of Peru, Emily Mayszak of Kenosha, WI and Samuel Mayszak of Peru; her great grandchildren, Marina, Noelle Vega and Ava Mayszak; and her siblings, Sandra Watkins and James Parrick.
