He is survived by: his wife Julie Harris of Peru; his son Brandon Placher of Vandalia, IL.; his siblings, George Placher (Sherry) of Louisiana, Bill Placher (Chris) of Oregon and Diane Keyt of La Salle; his siblings-in-law, Ken Harris (Joan) of Peru, Tim Harris of Peru and Rose Ann Nosalik (Dan) of La Salle; his nephews, Nathan and Nick Nosalik; and his pets, Roxie, Nymeria and Nanuq.
Social distancing and face-covering will be required.
