We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2021, at the age of 103, James Arkins of Peru, Illinois, born in La Salle, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Arkins and Catherine Arkins (McDonald); his wife Emily Hybke; his siblings, Joe and Fern Liner; his grandson Michael James Arkins; and his great grandchild Ian Mark Balestri.
He is survived by: his sons, Jim (Pat) of Spring Valley, Jack (Beth) of Peru, Terry (Laurie) of La Salle and Dan (Marilyn) of Ridgfield, CT.; and his brother Bill (Kaye) of Oglesby.
