She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervin Muilenburg and Patricia Muilenburg (Donnelly); and her brothers, David and Mark Muilenburg. She is survived by: her husband Brad of Peru; her daughter Shea E. Rathburn of Peru; and her siblings, Michael "Mick" Muilenburg of Peru, Dale Muilenburg of Oakland, CA, JoAnn Muilenburg of Seattle, WA, Jill Kowalczyk of Peru and Janice Cassiday (Ed Bishop) of Oregon, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
