He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cosgrove and Florence "Bunny" Cosgrove (Donahue). He is survived by: his spouse Lisa Credi; his sisters, Kim Prokup (Michael) of Peru and Lisa Moore (Daniel) of Oglesby; his fiancée Jennifer Nanzer of Peru; his friend Chrissy Magnuson; and his pet Lola. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the family.
