She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Ratkiewicz and Angeline Ratkiewicz; and her husband James W. Coulter of Joseph's Church. She is survived by: her sister Diane Tidaback (Daryl) of Paducah; her children, Mary Jo Coulter of Bloomington, David Coulter (Marlyne Zawin) of Sheboygan, Kristy Campbell (James) of Hudson and Lisa Di Biase (Chris) of Carbondale, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Megan Perganson (Jake), Kyle Coulter (Kyle Kouri), Jenna Zahed (Hash), Taylor Coulter (Sydney), Kathryn Crum (Ben), Michael Campbell, Jakob Di Biase and Sophia Di Biase; and her great grandchildren, Lyla, Quinn, Abigail, James Perganson, Sam, Oliver Zahed, Jay, Sullivan Coulter, Hazel and Leo Crum.
