She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewel M. Summers and Kathryn E. Summers (Koehler); her former husband Richard L. Phelps; her husband Jerome L. Liesse; her daughter Susan Lynn Phelps; her stepdaughter Mary Beth Funfsinn; her sister Berneice Skotnicki; her children-in-law, Kristie Phelps and Donald Kosciewicz; and her siblings-in-law, Gene Skotnicki and Elaine Summers.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Kosciewicz (Donald) of Peru, Steven Phelps (Debby) of Peru and Scott Phelps (Joann) of La Salle; her stepchildren, David Liesse of Berwyn and Joanne Roberson (Robert) of Decatur, TN; and her siblings, Ronald Summers of La Salle and Mary Guth (Merle) of Metamora. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
