He is survived by: his wife Bernadette of Peru; his children, Jane Burmeister (Jerry) of St. Louis, MO, William Kurtz (Carla) of Apple Valley, MN, Jill Svare (Paul) of Marengo, IA and Sara Graglia (Steven) of Atlanta, GA; his grandchildren, Brett, Brian, Lisa, Bradley Burmeister, Michael Kurtz, Mitchell Kurtz, Matt, Joe, Gina Svare, Savanna Graglia and Scarlett Graglia; his great grandchild Eddie Burmeister; and also, Paul Church and Spring Valley.
