He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Valle; and his sons, Tim Delaney (Jean) of Streator, Marc Delaney (Janet) of Peru, Darin Delaney (Pam) of St. Charles and Patrick Delaney (Becky) of Peru. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
