He was predeceased by: his parents, Nels Swanson and Elmira Swanson (Latchford); and his brother Nels Swanson. He is survived by: his wife Lois Brejc of Joseph's Church; and his children, Greg Swanson (Linda) of Seatonville, Jeffrey Swanson (Laurie) of LaSalle, Stephen Swanson (Cindy) of LaSalle and Heidi Swanson-Tkacz (Brenda) of Schaumburg. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
