It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Mae Kelsey of Peru, Illinois, born in Spring Valley, Illinois, who passed away on September 4, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Condie and Josephine Condie (Salina); and her sisters, Irene Eble and Selina Piotrowski. She is survived by: her husband Cecil Kelsey; her children, Ron Kelsey (Linda) of Peru, Jerry Kelsey (Tracie) of North Port, FL, Lynn White (Greg) of Arnold, MO and Colleen Scopacasa (Frank) of Libertyville; her grandchildren, Nick Kelsey (Mikyla), Ryan Kelsey, Marco Scopacasa, Brendan White, Mia Scopacasa and Leo Scopacasa; her great grandchildren, Kolbe and Eva Kelsey; and her sister Carol Uranick of Orlando, FL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
