It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolores Kowalski of Peru, Illinois, born in La Salle, Illinois, who passed away on October 14, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Rotsart and Pearl Rotsart (Panneck); her husband Eugene Kowalski; her daughters, MaryKay Wozniak (Mark) of Peru and Sheri Philhower (Benjamin) of Riverview, FL.; her grandchildren, Michelle, Michael, Matthew Wozniak, Joshua Philhower and Gina Long; and her great grandchildren, Emalie, Adriana, Michael, Lidia, Natillie, Benjamin and Evelyn. She was also cherished by Her husband in 1968, three brothers and two sisters.
