She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Challenger and Marie Challenger (Schloeder); her husband Harvey S. Clark; her daughter Mary Kay; her sister Shirlyn Mitchell; and her nephew Eric Challenger.
She is survived by: her brother Ed Challenger (Theresa) of Freeport; her brother-in-law James Mitchell of Rockford; and her nieces and nephews, Pamela Mitchell, Amy Mitchell, Joyce Lewis (Damon), Mark, Paul (Melissa) and John Challenger. She is also survived by nine grand-nephews and two grand-nieces.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Illinois Valley Animal Rescue or Arc of Winnebago, Boone and Ogle Counties.
