It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dawn Marie Chapman of Peru, Illinois, who passed away on February 2, 2025, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Dawn Marie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dawn Marie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald E. Chapman and Betty Jean Chapman (Johnson). She is survived by: her siblings, Wayne Chapman of Union Grove, WI, Susan Fay (Thomas) of Elkhorn, WI, Donna Heizler (Mark) of Winter, WI and Pat Merrill (Bruce) of Winter, WI. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
