He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Neill and Cecelia Neill (Manning). He is survived by: his wife Julie Ochuba of Peru; his son Kelly Neill (Lynn) of Oglesby; his stepchildren, Gina Shaw (Mike) of Spring Valley, Naomi Ochuba of New York, Jason Ochuba of Peru and Franklin Ochuba of Peru; his grandchildren, David Shaw of Spring Valley, Zachary Shaw of Spring Valley, Spencer Shaw of Spring Valley, Gianna Neill of Oglesby and Brock Neill of Oglesby; his brother Jim Neill (Terri) of Osage Beach, MO.; and his niece Jessica.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Valley Memorial Park (13312 IL-89, Spring Valley, IL 61362).
In lieu of flowers memorial may be directed to St Bede Academy.
